Job Description
FTC - MarketingThe incumbent will support the marketing team by coordinating executional aspects of brand and category initiatives. This role ensures smooth workflow between brand teams, design teams, and external vendors, enabling timely delivery of marketing assets, POSM, and operational requirements.
This is an entry-level marketing role designed for someone with strong coordination, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Artwork & Design Coordination
- Coordinate with internal & Cross functional design teams to develop packaging artworks and marketing creatives.
- Track artwork development timelines and ensure approvals are completed on schedule.
- Maintain version control and repository of final artworks.
POSM Development & Execution
- Receive POSM briefs from Brand Managers and translate them into execution plans.
- Coordinate with agencies & designers for POSM development.
- Work with vendors for printing, fabrication, and production.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery to sales teams or locations.
- Maintain POSM inventory and vendor database.
Marketing Operations Support
- Support Brand Managers in day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate procurement of competitor product samples for evaluation.
- Assist in preparing show-and-tell setups during internal reviews or partner visits.
- Help organize marketing materials for leadership presentations and business reviews.
- Ensure marketing collateral readiness for launches and activations.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams for execution requirements.
- Ensure timely communication between stakeholders involved in marketing execution.
