Must-haves:
- Experience with Web Components / Lit and the ShadowDOM or similar Frontend-technologies.
- Strong TypeScript and base CSS skills; clear, stable APIs for standalone components.
- Deep understanding of WCAG and accessible component design.
- Comfortable with Figma (design assets, tokens) and Storybook (docs, demos).
- Excellent communication skills: able to lead technical conversations and advise stakeholders.
- Proven track record building and maintaining production design systems (tokens, theming, governance).
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with Yarn, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, and Node
- Knowledge of unit testing (Web Test Runner, Axe)
Note : React is not used in this role; willingness to focus on Lit.dev/Web Components is essential
