Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at our location in the South Goa district. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exemplary customer service and maintain high hospitality standards.
