Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager, based in North Goa. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and clients, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Tasks include managing office administration, coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and assisting in creating a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Office Administration and Front Office operations
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking within a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office management software is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality or a client-facing role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
