Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Healthcare Organization in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the office.
1. Patient Interaction & Reception
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Guide patients regarding clinic services, doctors availability, and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients.
- Taking Patient photographs.
- See off of the patient post-surgery.
- History taking of the patient.
2. Appointment Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding consultation schedules.
- Manage patient flow to reduce waiting time.
3. Patient Registration & Records
- Register new patients and update patient information in the system.
- Maintain accurate patient records and files.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
4. Billing & Payments
- Generate bills for consultations, procedures, or services.
- Collect payments through cash, card, or digital methods.
- Maintain daily billing and payment records.
5. Telephone & Communication
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient queries.
- Provide information regarding services, appointments, and clinic timings.
- Follow up with patients for appointments or reports.
6. Administrative Support
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as nurses, doctors, and lab staff.
- Maintain registers, reports, and documentation as required.
7. Maintaining Stock records for medicines
- Maintaining daily count of the medicine and updating it on real time basis.

- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
