Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive position located in Gurugram. The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing receptionist duties, welcoming guests, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service, supporting front office operations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The selected candidate will serve as the face of the hotel, representing its commitment to professionalism and hospitality. Candidate will get to handle the property at overall level & people having bird's eye view will be preferred as they will not just be solely responsible for front office but will also supervise the Housekeeping. Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in Front Office and Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Customer Service experience to provide a seamless and pleasant guest experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to address guest concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
