Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in West Delhi. Responsibilities include managing reception desk operations, providing excellent customer service to visitors, coordinating appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Front Office Executive will also handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence professionally and in a timely manner, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing appointments and maintaining the reception area
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to clarity and professionalism
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive visitor experience
- Competency in Front Office functions such as managing office supplies, handling calls, and record-keeping
- Proficiency in MS Office or other administrative software is an asset
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is a plus
