Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Front Office Executive. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with various departments, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will perform receptionist duties, including managing calls, scheduling, and ensuring an organized and welcoming front office environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties and front office management
  • Exceptional customer service skills to manage client interactions effectively
  • Ability to handle administrative operations and multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in using relevant computer software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is advantageous
