About the Role: We are seeking a skilled admin/receptionist to join our Mylapore and Adyar branches. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in relevant roles and will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage responses from Magic Bricks & 99Acres
  • Maintain attendance records and data entry
  • Assist VP with tasks, update property listings
  • Handle property-related calls, manage key logbook
  • Track office expenses, courier handling, and document scanning
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoices and approvals
  • Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews
  • Manage office operations, social media posting, and event coordination
  • Handle walk-in clients, greet visitors, and oversee office maintenance
  • Organize meetings, track office stock, and assist in year-end accounts closing
