Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Front Office Executive cum Education Counselor who can efficiently handle front desk operations while guiding students towards suitable education programs. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while also assisting with admissions counseling and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
  • Counsel and guide students to choose appropriate courses based on their interests, eligibility, and career goals.
  • Maintain daily follow-up with prospective students and update lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute admission campaigns and events.
  • Manage front office operations including attendance, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a neat reception area.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, orientations, and counseling sessions.
  • Prepare reports related to student inquiries, conversions, and admissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and local language).
  • Pleasant personality with good presentation and convincing ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
