Job Description
Welcoming and greeting guests, clients, and visitors
Managing the front desk area and maintaining a professional appearance
Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Directing visitors and calls to appropriate departments or individuals
Processing visitor check-ins and issuing security badges if required
Managing mail and service tickets.
Conducting basic site induction of the site for visitors/ vendors.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Ensuring security protocols are followed and alerting security personnel when necessary
Maintaining accurate records of visitor traffic and other front desk activities

Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing meeting spaces
