As part of our expansion and service excellence drive, we are seeking a dedicated and guest-focused Front Office Executive to manage daily front desk operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and maintain the brand's service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Operations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Handle room reservations, walk-ins, and group bookings via phone, OTA, and direct channels.
- Maintain up-to-date room availability and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for room status updates.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and guest payment processing (cash, card, or corporate billing).
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Guest Relations & Service
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and care.
- Maintain a positive guest experience by assisting with information about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation.
- Collect guest feedback and reviews on OTA and Google platforms, ensuring a strong online reputation.
- Build rapport with repeat guests and corporate clients to encourage loyalty and re-bookings.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate daily with Operations Manager, Housekeeping, and Kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records (guest register, key control, shift reports).
- Report operational issues, unusual guest behavior, or emergencies immediately to management.
- Maintain proper handover communication between shifts.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest and hotel data at all times.
Sales Support & OTA Coordination
- Promote in-house services and upsell room upgrades and add-on packages.
- Support in maintaining OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings rates, availability, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate guest data entry in the hotel software system.
- Encourage guests to share online reviews and ratings post-stay.
Requirements
- Minimum 24 years of proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Associate in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Telugu).
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
