We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front Office Executive / Guest Relation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing front office operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner.
- Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.
- Assist in managing phone calls and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a front office or guest relations role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with hotel management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
