Front Office Management

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front desk operations
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordination

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day coordination
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management

Travel Coordination

  • Arrange travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, cabs) for employees
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely communication
  • Coordinate with travel vendors and manage bookings/cancellations
  • Maintain travel records and expense details
