Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role based in Sadar. The Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting guests, clients, and candidates, and directing them to the appropriate team members. Daily responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling incoming calls and emails, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating meeting room bookings. The role also involves receiving and organizing mail and deliveries, supporting basic administrative tasks, and ensuring front office supplies and equipment are well maintained. The Front Office Executive will collaborate with HR, administration, and operations teams to support events, meetings, and day-to-day office coordination while upholding a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with visitors, team members, and external partners.
- Experience in front office, reception, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, and word processing) and familiarity with phone and visitor management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly, maintain confidentiality, and represent the company's values at all times.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in any discipline or formal training in office administration or hospitality is an advantage.
