Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will coordinate with internal teams to maintain efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Attend and resolve helpdesk complaints received through calls and emails, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with clients, executives, and office staff for smooth communication and support.
- Manage arrangements for guests and client visits, including meeting room bookings and hospitality.
- Maintain records for couriers, mail, and visitor logs in an organized manner.
- Track purchase orders and coordinate with the concerned department for updates.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier dispatch and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain front office registers and administrative records.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide general administrative support to different departments when required.
Requirements
- Graduated in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
