Role Overview – Why This Role Matters

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first and most important point of contact for our guests. Your role goes beyond handling a desk—you shape the guest's first impression, daily experience, and lasting memory of Loop.

Your interactions directly impact:

  • Guest satisfaction and reviews
  • Smooth daily operations at the property
  • The overall vibe and community at the hostel

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career candidates who enjoy interacting with people, solving day-to-day problems, and working in a lively, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact)

  • Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Verify IDs and complete guest registrations accurately
  • Guide guests on rooms, hostel rules, facilities, and events
  • Handle guest queries with patience, warmth, and clarity
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for smooth functioning
  • Maintain basic records, billing entries, and system updates
  • Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate issues when required
  • Keep the front desk organised, clean, and guest-ready at all times

  • Hotels, hostels, budget stays
  • Retail or front desk roles
  • Aviation or ground staff
  • Any service-oriented role
