Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Front Line Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and inspire teams, ensure efficient workflow, and meet business objectives. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, ensuring operational targets are achieved, conducting necessary training sessions, and facilitating effective communication. The role also involves conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
