Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage reception duties, office inventory, housekeeping coordination, and stationery management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and a well-maintained workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Reception Management
- Manage reception activities and handle incoming calls with proper etiquette
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor handling
- Manage front desk emails and ensure timely responses
2. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain attendance register and track outdoor duties of executives
- Manage courier register, incoming/outgoing mails, and deliveries
- Maintain office files, records, and important documents in an organized manner
3. Inventory & Stationery Management
- Handle procurement and distribution of stationery and office supplies
- Maintain stock records and ensure availability of required items
- Monitor usage and control wastage
4. Housekeeping & Facility Management
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff for office cleanliness
- Ensure hygiene standards across workstations, pantry, and common areas
- Monitor and maintain the first-aid kit and essential supplies
5. Customer Coordination
- Conduct customer calling as per business requirements
- Support internal teams with follow-ups and coordination when needed
