Job Title: Front Desk & Admin Executive

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage reception duties, office inventory, housekeeping coordination, and stationery management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and a well-maintained workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Reception Management

  • Manage reception activities and handle incoming calls with proper etiquette
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor handling
  • Manage front desk emails and ensure timely responses

2. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Maintain attendance register and track outdoor duties of executives
  • Manage courier register, incoming/outgoing mails, and deliveries
  • Maintain office files, records, and important documents in an organized manner

3. Inventory & Stationery Management

  • Handle procurement and distribution of stationery and office supplies
  • Maintain stock records and ensure availability of required items
  • Monitor usage and control wastage

4. Housekeeping & Facility Management

  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff for office cleanliness
  • Ensure hygiene standards across workstations, pantry, and common areas
  • Monitor and maintain the first-aid kit and essential supplies

5. Customer Coordination

  • Conduct customer calling as per business requirements
  • Support internal teams with follow-ups and coordination when needed
