Role Overview:

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in front desk management along with administrative and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and handle visitors in a professional manner
  • Coordinate office administration and day-to-day facility activities
  • Handle vendor coordination and ensure smooth delivery of support services
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and basic MIS reporting
  • Assist in overall office management and ensure seamless operations
  • Manage end-to-end office administration, including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and facility maintenance
  • Supervise vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Handle procurement and maintain inventory of office supplies and consumables
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and corporate events
  • Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring hygiene and service standards
  • Manage billing, invoice verification, and vendor payments in coordination with accounts
  • Maintain AMC records and ensure timely servicing and renewals
  • Prepare and share weekly MIS reports on administrative operations
  • Support seating allocation, workstation planning, and onboarding logistics
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost optimization initiatives
  • Manage SEZ-related transitions and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Execute office relocation, expansion, and closure activities smoothly

Candidate Profile:

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience or internship experience in administration/facility management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
