1) Front Desk
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and
- letters.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
- Works closely with high-level executives, providing administrative support, managing calendars,
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
- Must be Presentable.
2) PA
- Booking appointments, managing diaries, and ensuring timely reminders.
- Arranging flights, hotels, transport, and preparing for meetings (agendas, materials, minutes).
- acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing. on messages or highlighting them for their manager's attention.
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Flexibility to work outside of office hours if required.
(C) Skills and knowledge Requirements:
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
MS Office and English proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Should know letter drafting.
