About the Role

We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at an International organisation. You will represent our institution, manage front office operations, and ensure a welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the right departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Coordinate with staff for smooth communication across departments.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
  • 0-2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
