About the Role
We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at an International organisation. You will represent our institution, manage front office operations, and ensure a welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, students, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the right departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Coordinate with staff for smooth communication across departments.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- 0-2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
