Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage the front office operations of our reputed resort in Jodhpur. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
  • Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements
  • Maintain guest records and front desk documentation
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Assist in billing, payments, and basic accounting tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in a hotel or resort front desk role
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required)
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software)
  • Ability to handle guests professionally and calmly
Work Timings:
  • Shift-based (including weekends and holidays)
