Job Summary:We are looking for a polite, presentable, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage the front office operations of our reputed resort in Jodhpur. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements
- Maintain guest records and front desk documentation
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist in billing, payments, and basic accounting tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a hotel or resort front desk role
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required)
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software)
- Ability to handle guests professionally and calmly
Work Timings:- Shift-based (including weekends and holidays)
