We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
  • MS Office require
  • Letter writing skills are also required.
