Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
- MS Office require
