The Front Desk Executive will handle reception duties, provide excellent front-office customer service, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls with professionalism, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area. Additionally, the role involves coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Okhla, New Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and performing receptionist duties
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and maintain an organized reception area
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
