Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring visitors needs are met. Additional tasks include maintaining the reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Experience in Customer Service and managing visitor interactions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in an educational or audio industry setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a related field

Salary

  • 20,000 to 27,000 per month based on experience.
