We are seeking a Front desk/Admin Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. The candidate should also have experience in managing front desk operations and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and other team members
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Only female
