We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to join our resort team in India. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and manage phone and email communications.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions while ensuring accuracy.
• Assist in managing reservations and bookings through the hotel's management software.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests with inquiries.
