Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
  • Maintain client records, files, and billing details accurately
  • Collect payments, generate receipts, and update the system
  • Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and doctors for smooth workflow
  • Follow up with leads, existing clients, and missed appointments
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, reports, stock coordination, etc.)
  • Support sales by explaining services/packages when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in front desk / receptionist / customer service role
  • Experience in clinic, hospital, spa, salon, or wellness center is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English + local language
  • Pleasant personality with professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing/CRM systems)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
