Job Description

Primary, best-performing title: Front Office Executive

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs using the Visitor Management System.
  • Operate multi-line phone switchboard, route calls professionally, take messages, and manage general email enquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; coordinate with hosts and facilities to ensure readiness.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and couriers; handle outgoing shipments and maintain related records.
  • Control access and liaise with security teams to enforce visitor policies and escalate incidents per SOPs.
  • Support basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, stock tracking for stationery, and coordination with housekeeping/facilities teams.
