Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and register visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs using the Visitor Management System.
- Operate multi-line phone switchboard, route calls professionally, take messages, and manage general email enquiries.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; coordinate with hosts and facilities to ensure readiness.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and couriers; handle outgoing shipments and maintain related records.
- Control access and liaise with security teams to enforce visitor policies and escalate incidents per SOPs.
- Support basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, stock tracking for stationery, and coordination with housekeeping/facilities teams.
