LOCATION: White Lotus Hospital ,Kalamboli , Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410218.
SHIFT: Rotational (24/7 hospital operations)
SALARY: 32K TO 35K
JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for
managing reception operations, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and
professional front desk experience in a hospital environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional
manner
Handle patients registration and appointment scheduling
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with doctors
Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage billing, payments, and basic cash handling at the front desk
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient
flow
Maintain patient files, admission/discharge records, and hospital database
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services and procedures
Handle patient complaints or concerns and escalate when required
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital data
Assist in emergency situations and follow hospital protocols
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and patient-handling ability Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good organizational and coordination skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 13 years
