Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities
  • Monitor general employee support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and communication management

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 24 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of vendor management and procurement
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate office administration
