AutoCAD Draftsman

This role at HN Safal involves preparing high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate drafting, design updates, and documentation control throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

● Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD for architectural, civil, structural, interior, and MEP requirements.

● Update drawings based on design revisions, site changes, and instructions from architects, consultants, and engineers.

● Maintain and organize drawing registers, revision logs, and documentation sets for easy access and compliance.

● Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, industry guidelines, and technical specifications.

● Assist in preparing as-built drawings, layout plans, and technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

● Coordinate with site teams to understand measurement changes, resolve drawing discrepancies, and ensure correct implementation at site.

● Support consultants and internal teams by providing accurate drawings required for approvals, procurement, and execution.

● Follow up on drawing-related tasks with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and project coordinators to meet timelines.

● Must have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati for effective coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

About You

● Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Architecture / Drafting or relevant technical certification

● Minimum Experience: 2 – 5 years as an AutoCAD Draftsman (Real Estate experience preferred)

● Software Knowledge: AutoCAD (mandatory), MS Office, Basic Excel; knowledge of Revit / SketchUp will be an added advantage

● Required Skills: Strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, understanding of drawings, drafting standards, execution knowledge
