Freshers, Software Testing Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Report bugs and track them through resolution using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Learn and assist with test automation using tools like Selenium, Postman, TestNG, etc.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and senior QA engineers.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Document test results and maintain test execution records.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related discipline.
• Year of Pass Out: [Insert Year Range] (Freshers only).
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts is a must; automation basics is a plus.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and testing frameworks (optional).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Exposure to SQL, API testing, or basic scripting.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
