Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Freshers at our office in Delhi, India. In this role, you will assist with campaign planning and execution, research and onboarding of creators, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks. You will also collaborate closely with team members to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship building
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
• Proficiency in research, organization, and coordination tasks
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
