Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Architect at our office in Navi Mumbai. The Fresher Architect will be responsible for assisting in the development of architectural designs, collaborating on project planning, preparing detailed drawings, and participating in client meetings. The individual will also support the team in project management tasks and ensure that architectural solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to innovative architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Basic knowledge in Project Management
• Proficiency in relevant software development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with sustainable and efficient design practices is beneficial
• Basic knowledge of UDCPR/NMMC guidelines
