Title: Lead Architect Luxury Interior Design Studio

CTC: Upto 40 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualisation and development of high-end architecture and interior design projects

Create design visions, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentation drawings

Oversee BOQs, GFCs, and complete design documentation with accuracy

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for approvals and execution

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain design integrity

Mentor and guide the design team for smooth project delivery

Collaborate directly with clients, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships

Ensure design excellence while meeting timelines and project budgets

Requirements

Strong communication skills for team and client coordination

Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end from concept to execution
