Role Overview
The Agent shall be an entry-level resource responsible for supporting freight sales activities, client outreach, and business development under supervision.
Shift - 6.30 Pm to 3.30 pm( drop available )
salary - upto 25 K
Key Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation and client outreach for US logistics business
Support senior team members in freight sales and coordination
Learn and understand freight brokerage operations (OTR, FTL/LTL, drayage)
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and communication tracking
Coordinate internally for quotations and basic shipment updates
Gradually transition into independent sales responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Candidate with 6 months experience minimum in outbound sales
Strong communication skills (written verbal)
Willingness to learn US logistics and freight brokerage
Basic computer and coordination skills
Strong communication in English is a must
