Job Description
We are hiring Graduates and Undergraduates for Customer Support & Voice Process roles. Candidates with Freshers to 1 year of BPO / International Voice Process experience can apply. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Resolving customer complaints and queries effectively
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers
- Providing feedback and maintaining service quality
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Establishing a positive rapport with customers via phone
- Ensuring customers have a desirable and shareable experience
- Handling voice process operations professionally
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible
- Candidates with International Voice / BPO experience preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills required
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and work from office
Shift Details
- 5 Days / 6 Days Working (Depending on Process)
- Rotational Shifts Available
- Male Shift Window: 24×7 / Early Morning / Night Shifts
- Female Shift Window: 6 AM – 8 PM
- Any 9–10 Hour Shift
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 25,000 – 40,000 CTC
- In-Hand Salary: 20,800 – 35,000
