Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the efficient transportation of goods, including forwarding, export, and freight activities. This role involves working closely with customers, ensuring a seamless and reliable service delivery while upholding the highest standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes
• Proficiency in managing Export operations and related documentation
• Strong focus on Customer Service with excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Forwarding procedures and logistics practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with supply chain management processes and technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
