Freight Broker

We are hiring a results-driven Freight Broker & Drayage Specialist to manage end-to-end freight operations with a strong focus on port drayage. This role requires ownership of shipments from booking to delivery, rate negotiation, and proactive issue resolution while maintaining high service standards.

• Source and manage carriers for FTL, LTL, and drayage shipments
• Coordinate port pickups, container movements, and last-mile delivery
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and shippers
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery across all loads
• Handle dispatching, load updates, and documentation (BOL, POD, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and clients
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, port congestion, and detention
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and port regulations
