Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, ensuring smooth dispatching operations, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also includes tasks like developing and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and coordinating logistics processes to meet delivery deadlines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Dispatching
• Strong skills in Account Management, including building and maintaining relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with logistics industry standards and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
