The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight movement by coordinating between suppliers, shippers, and carriers to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Key daily tasks include negotiating competitive rates, booking and dispatching loads, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dehradun.

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle rate discussions and ensure seamless coordination with shippers and carriers
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and shipments
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance standards
• Customer service focus with a commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficiency in relevant software or platforms used in freight brokerage is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in handling logistics challenges
