About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Videographer cum Photographer to capture high-quality visuals for our clothing brand. The ideal candidate should have experience working with fashion brands or boutiques and a strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of apparel, models, and products
- Plan and execute fashion shoots (indoor & outdoor)
- Handle lighting, camera setup, and composition for professional output
- Edit and deliver photos and videos suitable for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team for concepts, mood boards, and brand storytelling
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per deadlines
- Stay updated with current fashion and social media trends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in videography and photography (fashion/boutique preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing clothing/fashion work
- Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Good understanding of lighting, angles, and styling aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage shoots end-to-end
- Must be based in Chennai or nearby areas (Tambaram preferred)
- Flexible for on-location shoots
Preferred Skills
- Experience with reels/short-form content for Instagram
- Basic knowledge of fashion styling
- Creative direction and concept development
Compensation
