We are expanding our creative team and looking for Graphic Designers (both freshers and experienced candidates) who knows how to make brands pop.

Join our young and energetic team as a Design Strategist and gain hands-on experience working with some of South India's biggest brands.

The 8 is a full-service media and marketing agency based in Chennai, specializing in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Production, Social Media, Designs, Events & Activations, Celebrity Management, & Content Creation. We work with leading brands with 300 Cr+ turnover across industries, to craft campaigns that connect, convert, and create lasting impact.

Experience: 0-5 Year

Location: West Mambalam, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of design assets for digital and print, including social media campaigns, brand identity elements, logos, and presentations.
• Design and deliver content as per the monthly social calendars
• Coordinate with internal teams on copy, design, and other project requirements.
• Track social media trends and provide insights to guide design and content strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and client servicing teams to maintain design consistency and alignment with project goals.

Key Requirements

• A killer portfolio (this matters more than your degree)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong, persuasive, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the social media landscape and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with a passion for learning and teamwork.
• A keen eye for detail, with a drive to learn, collaborate, and stay focused.
• ⁠Internship experience is a major bonus for freshers.
