Job Description

Teceze is looking for a Video Editor and Animation Specialist to lead video content production across our digital channels. This role is focused on producing high-quality animated and edited video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and internal communications. The ideal candidate understands B2B content — they know how to make complex technology topics visually engaging for senior enterprise audiences. They will work closely with content writers, subject matter experts, and the social media team to translate scripts and storyboards into polished, brand-aligned video content that performs.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Edit and produce videos for YouTube (explainers, thought leadership, walkthroughs) and LinkedIn (short-form, reels)

* Create motion graphics and 2D animations to visualise complex technology concepts such as cloud architecture, AI workflows, and data pipelines

* Develop animated explainer videos from script/storyboard through to final delivery

* Add professional subtitles, lower thirds, transitions, and branded intros/outros to all videos

* Design engaging YouTube thumbnails that improve click-through rates

* Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips optimised for LinkedIn and Instagram Reels

* Manage raw footage, project files, and video asset library in an organised manner

* Ensure all video output meets brand guidelines and platform-specific resolution and format requirements

Requirements

* 2–4 years of video editing and animation experience

* Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects — non-negotiable

* Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and sequencing

* Proven experience creating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and 2D animation

* Demonstrated experience producing B2B or corporate video content (portfolio required)

* Understanding of audio mixing, colour grading, and export settings for digital platforms

* Ability to work independently from scripts and storyboards

* Portfolio with minimum 3–5 examples of animation or motion-led video work

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

* DaVinci Resolve for colour work

* Adobe Illustrator for creating animation source assets

* Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Synthesia, or HeyGen

* YouTube channel management experience (SEO, thumbnails, metadata)
