Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Sales Professional based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging new corporate clients, promoting Sourcelix extensive range of premium solutions, and developing long-term client relationships. The role will also involve conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. Effective customer service and maintaining post-sales communication will be integral to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and sales management skills, including lead generation, pipeline tracking, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage clients and ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to conduct training and presentations to teams or potential partners, showcasing Sourcelix unique offerings.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a general understanding of market trends in the gifting and hospitality sectors.
