Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for efficient Freelance Recruiters responsible forEnd-To-End Recruitment in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare and Biotech sectors in India, USA and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for handling Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare requirements.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions

Sourcing & screening of profiles as per the requirement

Sourcing of candidates from platforms like Lifelancer, LinkedIn, Naukri, and others

Responsible for working on permanent & contract positions

Skills & Experience Required:

5+ years of experiencein Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)

Excellent understanding ofthe full recruitment life cycle

Experience with sourcing techniques & headhunting

Experience in Temporary Staffing/Contract Recruitment is good to have

Experience in RPO/Agency Recruitment is a plus

Experience in USA/UK recruitment is a plus

Should understand the requirements in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting

Should have the ability to submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition

Ability to maintain & build the candidate database

Hands-on experience in sourcing through variousjob portals, social media, referrals etc.

Hands-on experience inBoolean search(making Boolean string/search as per the requirement)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal awareness and sensitivity

Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness

A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

A good team player
