About the Role

We're looking for a US Healthcare Account Manager who can own US clients, lead recruitment teams, and onboard new healthcare accounts. This role is for someone who understands that recruitment is about delivery + relationships + revenue all three.

You'll act as the single point of contact for US healthcare clients while driving performance from a team of recruiters.

What You'll Do

Client & Account Management

• Manage US healthcare staffing accounts (Direct Clients / MSP / VMS).
• Handle client communication, intake calls, requirement calibration, and feedback.
• Onboard new US healthcare clients (contracts, SLAs, workflows).
• Build long-term client relationships and grow existing accounts.

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and mentor a team of US healthcare recruiters.
• Ensure quality submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Track KPIs: submittals, interviews, closures, TAT.
• Step in hands-on when needed to ensure delivery.

Compliance & Process

• Ensure US healthcare compliance (licenses, certifications, background checks).
• Coordinate with onboarding, payroll, and compliance teams.
• Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy.

Growth & Revenue

• Forecast hiring pipelines and account performance.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Support leadership in acquiring new accounts.

What We're Looking For

510 years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience

Proven experience handling US clients and leading teams

Strong understanding of US staffing models (Contract / Travel / Perm)

Experience with MSP/VMS environments (preferred)

Excellent communication skills with US stakeholders

Metrics-driven, ownership mindset
